To ensure your product remain beautiful and last a lifetime, please follow these care instructions.

General Care

You can wear your jewellery whilst showering. However, moisture can cause tarnishing and we therefore recommend that you take them off whilst showering, bathing or swimming. Avoid saltwater and chlorinated pool water.

Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals. Apply these products before putting on your jewellery.

Remove jewellery before engaging in activities that could cause impact or abrasion.

Store your jewellery in a dry place and store different types of jewellery separately to avoid scratches and tangling. We provide you with an organic cotton pouch which is perfect for storing your jewellery. 

Cleaning

Clean your jewellery regularly to maintain its shine. Use a soft cloth to gently polish the surface.

For a deeper clean of silver and gold jewellery, mix a few drops of mild non-chemical dishwashing liquid with lukewarm water. Soak the jewellery for a few minutes, then gently brush with a soft unused toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Gemstones are best cleaned with a soft cloth.

Gold vermeil

To secure durability and quality we use Gold vermeil. Gold vermeil is a layer of gold over sterling silver. We use at least 2.5 microns of 18-22kt gold layered on top of 925 sterling silver. Gold vermeil finishing is thicker than average gold plating and thus more durable.

Gold vermeil do wear over time, especially with heavy use, however with proper care following our care instructions, the plating will last you a long time.

Leather

To keep your leather bracelet looking its best and ensure its longevity, avoid water and moisture and therefore remove your bracelet before swimming, showering or exercising to prevent damage.  

Excessive heat can dry out and crack the leather. Store your bracelet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Leather is a natural material. If you need to clean it use a leather cleaner designed for delicate items. 

Conditioning your leather is a great way to keep your leather smooth and in great shape.
