Where do you ship?

We ship within the EU.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is determined at checkout, based on location and order price. 

Shipping is free for orders within Sweden above 800 SEK.

How do you deliver?

For orders in Sweden we use Postnord.

Orders to Sweden are delivered with Postnord varubrev or MyPack Home Small to your home. For orders above 2,500 SEK we use Postnord REK and your order will be delivered to a designated pickup point.

What is the delivery time?

Our delivery times within Sweden are estimated at 3-5 business days. For orders outside of Sweden, delivery times are estimated at 5-8 business days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation including tracking details. This will be sent to you by email. You can track your order using the Postnord App.

What happens if I don't collect my order?

In the event that you don't collect your order from a designated pick-up point, a return will automatically be initiated and a fee to cover administration, shipping and insurance costs will be deducted from the total return amount.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

For orders outside the EU+Norway, import duties, taxes, and other fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your country’s customs authority for estimated costs before placing an order.

Returns

What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Am I eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing to accept the item; you must clearly inform us of this in advance.

For returns of promotional packages or set items, all products must be returned for a refund to be issued.

How do I return?

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@frejfreja.com or by requesting a return on your frej freja account under orders. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Sweden, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

You are responsible for the risk of return shipping and for ensuring that the item is well packed.

How much do exchanges and returns cost?

For returns, we deduct 49 SEK from the refund for the used return shipping label. For exchanges, no return fee is charged.

For returns outside of Sweden, the return fee is based on location. We will deduct this cost from the refund. We will let you know the return fee once a return request has been made.

Damages and Issues

What should I do if the item is defective or damaged?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at orders@frejfreja.com if the item is defective, damaged, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you accept returns on sale items and gift cards?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

How can I exchange my item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate an exchange by contacting us at orders@frejfreja.com or by selecting the return option in your order selection on your account page at frej freja.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@frejfreja.com.
