WHAT MATERIALS ARE THE JEWELLERY MADE FROM?
We work with recycled 925 Sterling Silver in the majority of our products, and are continually increasing the share of recycled content. Our recycled silver is sourced from certified sources and members of Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). Additionally we offer gold vermeil on selected products.We use Eco Cord® organic leather in several of our leather products.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
To ensure your product remain beautiful and last a lifetime, please follow our care instructions.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Our delivery times within Sweden are estimated at 3-5 business days. For orders outside of Sweden, delivery times are estimated at 5-8 business days.
HOW DO I KNOW MY RING SIZE?
There are different ways to find your ring size. Either you can use a ring that already fits you, or use a ring sizer or a soft measuring tape. For more information view our full size guide.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED JEWELLERY?
We currently do not offer custom or personalized jewellery. But we do love great ideas! If you have something on your mind that you think is too good not to have produced, or want to collaborate, contact us at info@frejfreja.com

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY JEWELLERY NEEDS REPAIR?
If your jewellery breaks and the breakage is within our warranty policy, we will either repair or replace it at no additional cost (your replaced jewellery will be recycled). Please contact us at orders@frejfreja.com

The best way to avoid any repair needs is to follow our care guidance.
If you have repair needs outside the warranty policy, we will look at it case by case to determine possibility of supporting with repair including lead times and cost.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE OR SHOWROOM?
No, we currently do not have a physical store or showroom. But we might pop up close to you, for a shorter period of time with some special offers. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation including tracking details. This will be sent to you by email. You can track your order using the Postnord App.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING OR SPECIAL PACKAGING?
We consider every order a gift, be it for you or someone else. That’s why all our products come in a beautiful organic cotton bag, nice silk paper wrapping and a beautiful FSC certified cardboard box with our signature logo.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We offer a variety of payment methods to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. You can also pay using Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently only ship within the EU, with plans to expand to more markets. Join the newsletter to be the first to know when we are available in a new region.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost is determined at checkout, based on location and order price.
Shipping is free for orders within Sweden above 800 SEK.
HOW DO YOU DELIVER?
For orders in Sweden we use Postnord.
Orders to Sweden are delivered with Postnord varubrev or MyPack Home Small to your home. For orders above 2,500 SEK we use Postnord REK and your order will be delivered to a designated pickup point.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
For orders outside the EU+Norway, import duties, taxes, and other fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your country’s customs authority for estimated costs before placing an order.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY ORDER?
In the event that you don't collect your order from a designated pick-up point, a return will automatically be initiated and a fee to cover administration, shipping and insurance costs will be deducted from the total return amount.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
We are committed to providing high-quality products. In the event of a defect in your product, Swedish national regulations apply. According to Swedish consumer law, you have 3 years to report an original defect. An original defect can be a manufacturing defect or any other defect that the product had before you received it.
This warranty does not cover (1) damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents, (2) normal wear and tear and (3) products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PRODUCED?
We work with selected partners in Indonesia, Germany and Italy, as well as production in Sweden.
